Before using any of the services listed on our website or conducting any business with Cash4StripsNow.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. By using any of the services listed on the website and/or by conducting any business with Cash4StripsNow.com, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions below, then you are not authorized and cannot utilize any of the services on the website and you are not authorized and cannot conduct any business with Cash4StripsNow.com.

• I am at least 18 years of age.
• I acknowledge and agree that I can only sell my diabetic supplies that are factory sealed and fall within our expiration date guidelines on select brands.
• If I send supplies that have been tampered with, have factory seals broken, have stained/smeared/torn expiration dates & lot numbers, are expired or have short dated expirations, have damage underneath labels, I acknowledge and agree that my supplies will not be returned and I will not receive any compensation.
• It is my responsibility to ensure that my supplies are packaged carefully and securely. Cash4StripsNow.com will not pay for boxes in full or at all for product that is damaged during shipment.
• I acknowledge and agree that I am the only one responsible and not Cash4StripsNow.com for my package being lost in transit or being marked delivered prematurely by USPS and it is my responsibility to file a missing package claim on my behalf.
• I acknowledge and agree that if I send test strips or supplies that are not a brand listed on this website, that have not been negotiated upon beforehand, that I will not receive any compensation and my test strips and supplies will be donated.  Again, no test strips or supplies will be returned under these conditions for free. You will be responsible for a return shipping fee.
• I acknowledge and agree that Cash4StripsNow.com is not liable for any damages found underneath labels and that I will still be deducted from my final payout. I understand that items arriving damaged by label-removal or have missing parts will be subject to a reduction in payment or no payment at all.
• I acknowledge and agree that I have 7 days from the day my items are received to inform Cash4StripsNow that I would like my items back. If the time expires past 7 days after several attempts from Cash4StripsNow, I acknowledge and agree that I will not be able to obtain my items past this time.
• I acknowledge and agree that once my payment is sent via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Check my items are not returnable to me under any circumstances.
• I acknowledge and agree that if Cash4StripsNow receives my items and they have been tampered with (resealed, etc) I will not be receiving my items back regardless if I offer to pay for shipping. This is NOT negotiable whatsoever and is a violation of our terms.
• I acknowledge and agree that Cash4StripsNow.com cannot reverse electronic payments once they have been sent out. Including, but not limited to, CashApp, Zelle, etc. If I provide an incorrect CashApp tag, the wrong bank account information for wires, an incorrect email address, etc. it is not the Payor’s responsibility to refund my payment. If this occurs, I must contact the corresponding payment entity for a solution.
• I acknowledge and agree that I lawfully own or possess test strips and supplies with rights to sell.
• If test strips and supplies meet all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, Cash4StripsNow.com agrees to disperse the total payment due within 24-48 hours after completion of process via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp or to be sent a Check. We do NOT cover the fee charged by Paypal. **SUBJECT TO 3RD PARTY APP LIMITS**
• I agree and acknowledge that I have 14 days from the time I submit an online order to receive the quote I received on Cash4StripsNow.com and that if Cash4StripsNow.com receives my order after that,  I will be subject to the current prices.
• I acknowledge and agree that any orders with a quoted value of $5,000 or more will be paid at a net 5 business day term.
• I acknowledge and agree that any orders with a quoted value of $10,000 or more will be paid at a net 7 business day term.
• Cash4StripsNow.com will destroy all prescription labels before redistributing my supplies. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for damage I cause to boxes if I choose to take off labels myself.
• I acknowledge and agree that I cannot sell any test strips or supplies that are paid for by Medicare or Medicaid or any government funded program.
• I acknowledge and agree that the standard delivery time for a check sent via USPS is 5-7 business days, but may take up to 14 days due to varying shipping times not controllable by Cash4StripsNow.com.
• I acknowledge and agree that if my check is lost, it is my responsibility to reach out to Cash4StripsNow.com and ask for a stop payment cancellation to be issued. Once a stop payment cancellation is put in place, a new check will be sent. This process may take up to 14 business days.
• I acknowledge and agree to transfer all right, title and interest in the supplies to Cash4StripsNow.com upon the receipt and inspection of the supplies by Cash4StripsNow.com.
• All items sold to Cash4StripsNow.com must be within their original packaging and include all materials intended to be within the box from the manufacturer. Items that have been tampered with in any way will not be accepted by Cash4StripsNow.com.
• I acknowledge and agree that by using any services provided by or doing business with Cash4StripsNow.com that the rights of the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to any conflicts of law provisions.
• I further acknowledge and agree that the exclusive forum for any disputes regarding the use of this website, the use of any services provided by Cash4StripsNow.com or doing business with Cash4StripsNow.com shall be Maricopa County, Arizona regardless of any forum selection laws.
• I further acknowledge and agree that by entering this agreement and conducting business with Cash4StripsNow.com, I waive the right to a trial by jury and acknowledge and agree to only bring claims in my individual capacity and not as a class member or plaintiff in any purported class or representative proceeding.
• I consent and agree to receive text messages and or phone calls and or emails from Cash4StripsNow.com and its affiliates for the purposes listed herein as well as in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
• I agree that Cash4StripsNow.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to Cash4StripsNow.com, will not have any liability to you in excess of the final value assigned by Cash4StripsNow.com at the time of inspection for the item.
• I agree that Cash4StripsNow.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to Cash4StripsNow.com will not be liable for any foreseeable or unforeseeable damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of this agreement.
• I understand all prices listed and the value assigned to the item is not equivalent to a fair market value, and all values listed on this site are subject to change at any time.
• The diabetic test strips and supplies I am selling belong to me. They are not stolen. They are sealed and non-expired. The sale of these test strips and supplies does not deviate from or alter my prescription or care plan.
• I understand the terms and conditions for this website can change at any time and I will not be notified of these changes. I understand it is my responsibility to read through the Terms and conditions every time I sell my diabetic supplies to Cash4StripsNow.com.
